By accessing or using DerpMachina, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use DerpMachina.
Description of service
DerpMachina provides streaming engagement tools, including account linking, achievements, accolades, leaderboards, overlays, dashboards, chat integrations, and related analytics.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.
Connected third-party accounts
DerpMachina may allow users to connect third-party accounts, including YouTube, Twitch, Discord, and Kick.
By connecting a third-party account, you authorize DerpMachina to access and use permitted information from that service only as needed to provide DerpMachina features.
YouTube API Services
DerpMachina uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube-related features in DerpMachina, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse DerpMachina, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Public features
Some DerpMachina features are public or semi-public, including leaderboards, achievements, rankings, usernames, avatars, streamer pages, and stream overlays.
User content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant DerpMachina a limited license to process, display, and use that content only as necessary to operate the service.
Third-party services
DerpMachina depends on third-party services and APIs. We are not responsible for outages, changes, limitations, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party providers.
Service availability
DerpMachina is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to DerpMachina if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or creates risk for DerpMachina or other users.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DerpMachina is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party platform actions.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
